These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the f32apk platform, including all betting, gaming, deposit, withdrawal, and bonus services. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on the f32apk Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Registration Accuracy. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration details — including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, or payment account details — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of Wallet balances.
2.5 KYC Verification. f32apk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (KTP, Passport, or SIM), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or upon reaching defined deposit thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities.
Age Restriction: Registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your Account is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. f32apk employs active age-verification mechanisms and cooperates with relevant authorities where underage gambling is detected.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. f32apk strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or by any third party who gains access using your credentials — is your sole responsibility.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify f32apk immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. f32apk will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account, but cannot guarantee the reversal of transactions completed prior to notification.
3.3 Account Transfers. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
3.4 Communication. f32apk will communicate with you primarily via the email address registered on your Account. You are responsible for ensuring that your registered email address remains current and accessible. Important notices — including KYC requests, security alerts, and Terms updates — will be sent to your registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. f32apk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. f32apk does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to a Member's Wallet within three (3) minutes of confirmed receipt. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours under standard operating conditions. VIP-tier Members benefit from priority withdrawal processing. f32apk reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to releasing any withdrawal above defined thresholds.
4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account that has been used for deposits and is registered in the same name as the f32apk Account. f32apk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
4.6 Withdrawal Suspension. f32apk reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or where a KYC review is pending. Members will be notified promptly of any such suspension.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the f32apk Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligibility conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotional offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Bets placed on certain game types or markets may not contribute to wagering requirements; this will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. f32apk maintains active systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structured betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, and coordinated play across accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, f32apk reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, suspend the relevant Accounts, and recover any amounts already withdrawn.
5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. f32apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying participation already meeting stated criteria will be honored.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All wagers are subject to acceptance by f32apk. f32apk reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without explanation, particularly where there is evidence of market manipulation, insider information, or irregular betting patterns.
6.2 Odds & Results. The odds displayed on the Platform at the time a wager is placed are the odds that apply to that wager, unless the bet is placed during a manifest technical error, in which case f32apk reserves the right to void the affected wager. Settlement of all bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body of the sport or game in question.
6.3 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. f32apk is not liable for any delay between odds displayed and odds accepted due to network latency or connectivity issues on the Member's device or internet connection.
6.4 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.5 Specific Game Categories. 8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. The collection, processing, and storage of personal data submitted by Members is governed by the f32apk Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. f32apk processes personal data in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles and deploys 256-bit SSL e ncryption to safeguard all Member information in transit and at rest.
10.1 Service Availability. While f32apk endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond f32apk's reasonable control. f32apk is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
10.2 Third-Party Content. f32apk aggregates live sports data, odds, and game content from licensed third-party providers. f32apk is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data, nor for any decisions made by Members based on such data.
10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In no event shall f32apk's aggregate liability to any Member, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Wallet during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
10.4 Indirect Damages. f32apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
10.5 Member Responsibility. Members acknowledge that all betting and gaming activity carries inherent financial risk and that the f32apk Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. f32apk is not responsible for any gambling-related financial losses, addiction, or harm. Members are encouraged to utilize the Responsible Gaming tools described on the Responsible Gaming page.
11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting f32apk support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Wallet balance will be returned to your registered payment account after completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
11.2 Involuntary Suspension. f32apk reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of Terms violations, fraud, bonus abuse, or where a KYC review is pending. Members will be notified of the suspension and the reasons therefor via registered email.
11.3 Permanent Termination. f32apk may permanently terminate any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7. Upon termination for cause, f32apk reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance, void all pending bets, and recover any amounts paid out in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
11.4 Self-Exclusion. Members experiencing gambling-related difficulties may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently via the Responsible Gaming tools available on the Platform or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f32apk is licensed and regulated. Where a specific legal jurisdiction is not specified, internationally recognized legal principles and standards applicable to online gaming operations shall apply.
12.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules, with the arbitration venue to be determined by f32apk.
12.3 Members acknowledge and accept that online gambling is subject to varying legal interpretations across jurisdictions. 13.1 f32apk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the f32apk Platform. Members are encouraged to review this document periodically.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
13.3 f32apk will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes to these Terms via email or Platform notification, but failure to receive such notification does not invalidate the amendments.
